I am passionate about my work! Transitioning from corporate America, I entered the real estate industry fueled by my personal home-buying experience. It was an enlightening journey; I had to self-educate to effectively negotiate for myself. This led me to become a real estate agent, dedicated to educating my clients and supporting them at every step.
As a Savannah native, starting my real estate career in Atlanta presented challenges due to my unfamiliarity with the area. Launching my career in 1999, my first client was my father, who proved to be a demanding but invaluable teacher.
Over time, I've worked tirelessly to establish myself as a reliable and dedicated agent, always willing to go the extra mile. Now, I am the proud owner of Kathy Butler Realty, LLC, an achievement made possible with my family's unwavering support. God is my rock. My parents are my role models, and along with my sons are my biggest supporters.
Having been an insurance agency owner and auto broker, entrepreneurship is in my blood. Armed with an MBA, I leveraged my education to launch my brokerage, offering top-notch 'red carpet service' since 1999.
I am thrilled to have grown my brokerage, bringing on board exceptional agents. We have a presence in Middle Georgia and Atlanta. Building my brokerage with a stellar team has been my crowning achievement, and I anticipate continued growth.
